EntF analysis

This set contains jupyter notebooks to visualize the data in the EntF datasets. 

Also, slides presenting the setup and analysis of the EntF* data are located here. 

plot.ipynb contains scripts to plot the radius of gyration and solvent accessible surface area. 

nglview.ipynb contains an example of visualizing trajectories. 

contacmap.ipynb contains code to calculate contact maps.
