Added are two of the same checklists, one in English, one in Dutch. The checklists are specifically written for researchers of the Centre of Expertise Urban Vitality of the Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences but can be addapted for own purposes.

There are different levels in making your research data FAIR. This checklist describes the minimum effort for Urban Vitality (UV) research projects. Following this checklist will make the research data pretty FAIR for humans and a somewhat FAIR for machines (computers). The checklist should be used at the start of a research project, right after your obtained funding. Read more about how adoption of FAIR benefits you as a researcher in the Urban Vitality Research Manual.

The checklist describes which actions to do during different phases in your research project, the reason why and links to the specific FAIR principles
