Supplementary Files for ProIntens protocol article

These documents are in support of the protocol article of the ProIntens project, entitled: A transmural intensive dietetic care-pathway for optimal protein intake and physical functioning in malnourished older patients: A protocol for the randomised ProIntens trial.
