MASSP 2.0 Parcellation Priors

Computational priors for 35 subcortical structures derived from the AHEAD database, to be used in the MASSP algorithm. Note that the included priors are not probabilistic maps that should be used as atlases, but rather prior information to generate individual-level parcellation from quantitative MRI. Contrast supported are R1, R2star, QSM and PD ratio derived from MP2RAGEME (or MP2RAGE+ME-GRE) data at 7T, and R1, R2star, MTsat, QSM, PD derived from MPM at 3T and 7T.
