In this dataset we collected data on 4 timepoints: hospital discharge, 3 weeks, 6 weeks and 12 weeks. We collected physical activity accelrometer data and questionnaires on kinesiophobia (TSK). We investigated the reciprocal relationship between physical activitty and kinesiophobia.
