• The weights of our ALeaseBERT model (ALeaseBert.zip)
• The dataset of lease contracts and its annotations (annotated_dataset.zip)
• Samples: sample.html is a contract, sample.json has the corresponding annotations
• Metadata: annotations-legend.json has the dictionary of annotated entities
