Phylogenetic tree doxD genes and transcripts

Phylogenetic tree (FastTree) based on a protein alignment of a partial thiosulfate:quinone oxidoreductases (encoded by doxD) encoded in MAGs from hypersaline soda lakes and transcribed in a metatranscriptome from the sediment of Cock Soda lake. References were obtained from the EggNog database.
